How do you clean your hose?
We use CitroSqueeze which is the only product that attaches to hydrocarbons, grease and dirt and rinse away with water with NO RESIDUAL, or degradation of your fabrics, unlike detergents or bleaches.
Where do you get your fire hose from?
Our hose is all retired fire hose surplussed from fire departments in Spokane, Grant County, WA, Los Angeles and Ohio.
What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time is 3-5 days for all items except for Flags. Flag shipping is currently 1-2 weeks. Customized plates for flags require using an outside vendor so processing times vary.
Do you dye your hose?
Never! We love making retired hose into something one of a kind. We believe the best way to do this is to let the hose do the work-show off its unique colors, markings and overall character!
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! Email us at americanfireco@gmail.com to discuss your order. We also provide wholesale on certain items.
My item was returned to sender…what do I do?
Oh no! Email us at americanfireco@gmail.com with information on your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping a second time and will charge you the cost to ship it back. Thanks for understanding since we are a small business!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized order or Digital downloads.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
